Wonderful, warm and friendly

The hotel was extremely clean, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, We travelled by motorcycle in a group of twelve, Everything about this Water Fall Hotel & Restaurant was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here, Very clean and beautiful hotel, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again.

Water Fall Hotel & Restaurant

Had a great stay at this Water Fall Hotel & Restaurant and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, We have stayed at this fantastic Water Fall Hotel & Restaurant many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, My room was lovely and very spacious, The best host we had in Kumrat, The panoramic view of the Kumrat , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Kumrat unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return.

My favorite hotel for relaxation

The room was more clean and well appointed, I had a GREAT nights sleep, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, I look forward to returning to the Water Fall Hotel & Restaurant in Kumrat soon! inshallah, Water Fall Hotel & Restaurant is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative.
