Booking Policies | |
CHILDREN | The Hotel allows a child up to 6 years of age to stay for free using the existing bedding. Individuals above the age of 12 are considered as adults by the Hotel. |
EXTRA BEDDING | Single mattress for an extra occupant is allowed and is chargeable at PKR 200 per night excluding breakfast unless stated in the specific rate plan. The charge will automatically be included upon selection of more than 2 adults during reservation. |
REQUESTS | All requests entered into the ‘Requests’ box on the Hotel website booking engine are subject to availability and the Hotel bears no responsibility should it be unable to fulfill certain requests. |
ROOM OCCUPANCY | The total number of occupants in a room, including children, shall not exceed the maximum number of occupants permitted for the respective room. If you have any questions or clarifications regarding the Hotel’s Maximum Occupancy Policy, our staff will be happy to explain in detail. Please also note that the Hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to any additional guest exceeding the maximum occupancy allowed for that room type. |

AGE REQUIREMENT | Guests must be 18 years or older with National Identity Card (NIC) or Passport to check-in. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The Hotel reserves the right to check NIC or Passport. |
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT | Unless otherwise stated in the specific rate plan terms & conditions, check-in time is after 12 p.m. and check-out time is 12 p.m. For early arrival before 12 p.m., it is recommended to pre-book the room one day in advance with a full day charge. The Hotel may accommodate late check-out after 12 p.m. for an additional fee; subject to room availability. |
General Policies | |
DAMAGE TO HOTEL PROPERTY | The Hotel reserves the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage or soiling, caused by an accidental, deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the Hotel’s property or structure. |
SAFE DEPOSIT BOX | Guests are encouraged to keep their valuables in the in-room safe or in the Safe Deposit Box provided at the Front Desk. The Hotel shall not be liable for the loss of money or other personal valuables during your stay. |
PARKING | Staying guests will have complimentary parking of 1 vehicle per day or as per availability. |
PETS | The Hotel maintains a strict no-pets policy on its premises except for guide dogs. |
PROHIBITED ITEMS | The following items are not permitted in the Hotel premises:
Illegal drugs or other articles, the possession of which is prohibited by the law of Government of Pakistan. |
VISITORS | In the interest of your well-being and security, all visitors are required to register at the Front Desk and are requested to leave guestrooms by 10.00 p.m. |

EXCESSIVE NOISE AND PARTIES | To ensure all guests enjoy the comfort and safety of the facilities we offer, the Hotel upholds a strict zero-tolerance policy towards the commotion, excessive noise, and parties. Any person found to be on our premises creating excessive noise, having a party, exceeding the numbers of permitted guests or otherwise causing a disturbance will be requested to leave the hotel without refund. |
INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR | Should any action by a guest, may it be towards our staff or otherwise, be deemed inappropriate by the Hotel, or if any inappropriate behavior is brought to attention, the Hotel reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest which may result in, but not limited to, being asked to leave without a refund for any services incurred. |
SMOKING | The Hotel has both smoking and non-smoking rooms. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas of the Hotel as well as smoking rooms. There will be a PKR 2000 fee for thorough cleaning services charged to any non-smoking room that has been smoked in to restore it back to its original condition. |
PAYMENT POLICIES | |
CURRENCY | Rates are in Pakistani Rupee. |
CREDIT CARD PRE-AUTHORISATION | If you are using your credit card to guarantee your room reservation, the Hotel may hold an amount on your credit card prior to arrival. For non-refundable bookings, prepayment will be charged to your card prior to your arrival. |
DEPOSITS | 1. ROOM CHARGES 2. For online bookings made through the Hotel website, unless stated in individual rate plan terms and conditions, a deposit equivalent to the first-night room charge shall be deducted from the credit card upon completion of booking. No refund shall be made if your reservation is canceled or modified within 48 hours prior to check-in date. No refund shall be made if stay dates overlap Eid or other public holidays stipulated in the individual rate plan. 3. Unless full length of stay has been prepaid, the Hotel requires a deposit for remaining room charges upon check-in. |
INCIDENTAL CHARGES | For all reservations, the Hotel requires a deposit for incidental charges upon check-in. |
THIRD-PARTY BOOKING SOURCES | In the case of cancellation or modifications to reservations made through sources other than directly with the Hotel or the Hotel website, the Hotel recommends that guests first contact their source of booking for assistance before approaching Hotel staff. |
