Nice Staff

The employees were very friendly and efficient, The rooms have a very high standard for this Chitral. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there.

Nice Hotel in Chitral

You will not want to go back from here, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, Everything about this Al Mughal Hotel was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Chitral ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, This was my first time at the Al Mughal Hotel, I will try to stay there from now on.

Affordable and Great

The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, really appreciated, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, service is also good with friendly staff, The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again.

Nice Staff

Rooms are awsome, In the Al Mughal Hotel you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site, Good experience at Al Mughal Hotel. Staff is also very polite and food is good. If you want to visit Chitral , u must visit the hotel to boost your relaxation and comfort, The hotel is in a good location, We stayed here one night on our way back to Chitral from visiting villages in Chitral , It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!.

Great for Winter

All of us had fresh salad for dinner, Rooms are awsome, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, We stayed at Al Mughal Hotel, thank you Al Mughal Hotel and Guestkor for help, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul.

A fantastic location looking out across the valley to the high mountains., Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., Looking for a reason to return to Chitral so I can experience this hotel again, A fantastic place to stay, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, I have been coming here for the past three years and Al Mughal Hotel never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Chitral, we stayed in Jul 2020.
