Nice Location & Staff

I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, Just got back from three nights at the Gilgit Serena Hotel my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, You should only stay with Gilgit Serena Hotel because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups , My room was lovely and very spacious, The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel, Rooms are clean, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome.

The employees were very friendly and efficient, Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here, The food prepared for our convention was very good. Thank you!, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, The hotel was extremely clean, This is a beautiful Gilgit Serena Hotel situated at Jutial, surrounded by nature and lush greenery, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, We stayed at Gilgit Serena Hotel.

I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, Had a great stay at this Gilgit Serena Hotel and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, We stayed here one night on our way back to Jutial from visiting villages in Jutial , A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in Feb 2022.

Nice place to stay for family

Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!, Situated in the scenic splendour of Jutial, the Hotel has maintained its old world charm and elegance, was a nice place to take a break, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon , The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained.

I was very happy with my stay!

Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, Everything about this Gilgit Serena Hotel was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, You should only stay with Gilgit Serena Hotel because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups , Everyone was so kind and helpful, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, Good experience at Gilgit Serena Hotel. Staff is also very polite and food is good. If you want to visit Jutial , u must visit the hotel to boost your relaxation and comfort.

Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, My room was lovely and very spacious, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Jutial, Stayed here on a recent visit and absolutely loved the place, I stayed at the Gilgit Serena Hotel because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping.

From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, We have stayed at this fantastic Gilgit Serena Hotel many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains, A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in Oct 2021, All are very professional and well spoken staff, I stayed at the Gilgit Serena Hotel because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, I will definitely stay here again! in Gilgit Serena Hotel inshallah, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Jutial.
