Clean rooms, great food

No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, Gilgit Serena Hotel good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here, The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, Had a great stay at this Gilgit Serena Hotel and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Gilgit Serena Hotel Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place.

Great for Spring

Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site, Everyone was so kind and helpful, This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, The panoramic view of the Jutial , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Jutial unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, The food prepared for our convention was very good. Thank you!, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, Food too good.

All are very professional and well spoken staff, It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Gilgit Serena Hotel. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing, This Gilgit Serena Hotel hotel is best, Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!, Wonderful view of the mountain ranges, We stayed here one night on our way back to Jutial from visiting villages in Jutial , Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts.

My favorite hotel for relaxation

Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, The food is varied and excellent, I stayed at the Gilgit Serena Hotel because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, Location is excellent, Good experience at Gilgit Serena Hotel. Staff is also very polite and food is good. If you want to visit Jutial , u must visit the hotel to boost your relaxation and comfort, Wonderful Location. Great food. Gilgit Serena Hotel

For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Gilgit Serena Hotel Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, The rooms were clean and comfortable, giving all of us the rest we needed, Looking for a reason to return to Jutial so I can experience this hotel again, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, The hotel is in a good location, The rooms are a decent size for business travel.

was a nice place to take a break, I have been coming here for the past three years and Gilgit Serena Hotel never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, After all value for money and great hospitality.good location and delicious food, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, We have stayed at this fantastic Gilgit Serena Hotel many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains.

Nice place to stay for family

Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, I stayed at the Gilgit Serena Hotel because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Jutial ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, A fantastic place to stay, Gilgit Serena Hotel is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake.
