Nice property

Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here, The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, Rooms are awsome, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, We have been to Gilgit Serena Hotel some time ago but still remember as it reminds me of my best tour experience, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner.

The employees were very friendly and efficient, You should only stay with Gilgit Serena Hotel because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups , Everyone was so kind and helpful, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, The panoramic view of the Jutial , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Jutial unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent.

Nice place to stay for family

The room was more clean and well appointed, This was my first time at the Gilgit Serena Hotel, I will try to stay there from now on, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, Very clean and beautiful hotel, aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Gilgit Serena Hotel Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place, The rooms are a decent size for business travel.

Beautiful, still needs some improvement

Comfortable stay and good food, matching national standards! The Rooms are large and well maintained and gives you a plush feeling, This place is smiply awesome, Enjoyed the natural beauty at Jutial Gilgit Serena Hotel, Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, This was my first time at the Gilgit Serena Hotel, I will try to stay there from now on, very good! Great breakfast and lunch.

Nice place to stay for family

This place is smiply awesome, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, Stayed here on a recent visit and absolutely loved the place, The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel.

The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, Its a great way to spend some down time, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Jutial.

The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, The food prepared for our convention was very good. Thank you!, Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, The best host we had in Jutial, My room was lovely and very spacious, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things.
