The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Baseen, That place is also very beautiful There, we stayed at a hotel called Riverdale Resort, which was just average, but you cannot get a better place in Baseen, The employees were very friendly and efficient, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”.

Excellent

All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Riverdale Resort Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, Very clean and beautiful hotel, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, Stayed here on a recent visit and absolutely loved the place, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Baseen ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable.

service is also good with friendly staff, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, The hotel is in a good location, This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, In the Riverdale Resort you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, Really nice hotel at a convenient location Baseen. Comfortable stay and good food, matching national standards! The Rooms are large and well maintained and gives you a plush feeling, Food too good, Riverdale Resort is extremely close to many restaurants.

The Rooms are large and well maintained and gives you a plush feeling, the atmosphere of Riverdale Resort is so special that it really felt like home to me, I stayed at the Riverdale Resort because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, The food was very tasty and beautifully presented, Very clean and beautiful hotel, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers.

Beautiful, still needs some improvement

My room was always clean and all questions were answered, All are very professional and well spoken staff, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, All staff members at the hotel were outstanding, Its a great way to spend some down time, Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!, Rooms are clean, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly.

Food

From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, The panoramic view of the Baseen , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Baseen unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, The hotel was extremely clean, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in Apr 2021, Riverdale Resort good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality.

The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, Riverdale Resort good location.it was such a nice experience.
