Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, service is also good with friendly staff, was a nice place to take a break, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon , On top of the impeccable and well-designed facilities and world-class services.

Great location

Everything about this Springfield Resort was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, Enjoyed the natural beauty at Baseen Springfield Resort, A fantastic place to stay, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, We have been to Springfield Resort some time ago but still remember as it reminds me of my best tour experience, Rooms are awsome.

Nice Place

very good! Great breakfast and lunch, Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!, For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Springfield Resort Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, A fantastic location looking out across the valley to the high mountains., In the Springfield Resort you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service.

Excellent Location

They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, The hotel is in a good location, All staff members at the hotel were outstanding, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Baseen, we stayed in Feb 2020, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, This is a perfect base to explore the area, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things.

Excellent Location

Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, Breakfast was amazing!, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Baseen, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Baseen, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, The hotel is in a good location, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay.

Wonderful, warm and friendly

The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, Breakfast was amazing!, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, Springfield Resort is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, A fantastic place to stay.

Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, The room was very clean and nice, Looking for a reason to return to Baseen so I can experience this hotel again, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., A fantastic location looking out across the valley to the high mountains., Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed.
