Nice Staff Relax Helton Palace

We have been to Relax Helton Palace some time ago but still remember as it reminds me of my best tour experience, You will not want to go back from here, Wonderful view of the mountain ranges, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, The rooms are a decent size for business travel, The panoramic view of the Mingora , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Mingora unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, I have been coming here for the past three years and Relax Helton Palace never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers.

This is a perfect base to explore the area, The food was very tasty and beautifully presented, Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!, Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, The food prepared for our convention was very good. Thank you!, Very clean and beautiful hotel, Everything about this Relax Helton Palace was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!.

Nice place to stay

The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, I had a GREAT nights sleep, The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon , The employees were very friendly and efficient, Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here, I look forward to returning to the Relax Helton Palace in Mingora soon! inshallah, If you are adventurous you get out of Mingora quickly but why go to Mingora like everyone else, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay.

Food too good, Relax Helton Palace is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, This has to be the best stay for me in Mingora, The rooms have a very high standard for this Mingora. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, Very clean and beautiful hotel, On top of the impeccable and well-designed facilities and world-class services, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave.

However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, All staff members at the hotel were outstanding, That place is also very beautiful There, we stayed at a hotel called Relax Helton Palace, which was just average, but you cannot get a better place in Mingora, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, I look forward to returning to the Relax Helton Palace in Mingora soon! inshallah, Had a great stay at this Relax Helton Palace and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, Its a great way to spend some down time, This was my first time at the Relax Helton Palace, I will try to stay there from now on.

I had a GREAT nights sleep, Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, Looking for a reason to return to Mingora so I can experience this hotel again, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, The hotel was extremely clean, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, a true sample of excellent hospitality!, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Mingora ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children.

Good Exp at Relax Helton Palace

Had a lovely first time in Relax Helton Palace, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , Situated in the scenic splendour of Mingora, the Hotel has maintained its old world charm and elegance, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, a true sample of excellent hospitality!, It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Relax Helton Palace Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place, The room was very clean and nice, Relax Helton Palace is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, Wonderful Location. Great food.
