Great for Snow

Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, The best host we had in Mingora, The panoramic view of the Mingora , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Mingora unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, This hotel is best, The hotel is in a good location, We stayed at Relax Helton Palace, I have been coming here for the past three years and Relax Helton Palace never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers.

Great location

It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Mingora, A fantastic place to stay, The room was more clean and well appointed, We stayed here one night on our way back to Mingora from visiting villages in Mingora.

The hotel was extremely clean, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, After all value for money and great hospitality.good location and delicious food, Just got back from three nights at the Relax Helton Palace my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Relax Helton Palace Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place, Relax Helton Palace is extremely close to many restaurants.

Nice Hotel in Mingora

Everything about this Relax Helton Palace was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!, Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, I had a GREAT nights sleep, The hotel was extremely clean, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Mingora, we stayed in Aug 2020, Relax Helton Palace is extremely close to many restaurants, All are very professional and well spoken staff, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome.

Nice Hotel in Mingora

Enjoyed the natural beauty at Mingora Relax Helton Palace, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, This hotel is best, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, This is a perfect base to explore the area, In the Relax Helton Palace you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Mingora, The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again.

Great location

Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon , I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, Everyone was so kind and helpful, was a nice place to take a break, Stayed here on a recent visit and absolutely loved the place, In the Relax Helton Palace you cannot bargain the prices.
