Relax Helton Palace / standard hotel

I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, Rooms are awsome, This is a perfect base to explore the area, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Mingora, That place is also very beautiful There, we stayed at a hotel called Relax Helton Palace, which was just average, but you cannot get a better place in Mingora, Everyone was so kind and helpful, After all value for money and great hospitality.good location and delicious food, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms.

In the Relax Helton Palace you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Mingora, we stayed in Feb 2020.

Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, The hotel is in a good location, The room was more clean and well appointed, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night.
