Relax Helton Palace / standard hotel

Stayed here on a recent visit and absolutely loved the place, For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Relax Helton Palace Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Mingora, very good! Great breakfast and lunch, We had a GREAT nights sleep, Food too good, The food was excellent and the hospitality extended by the staff made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable, You should only stay with Relax Helton Palace because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups.

We travelled by motorcycle in a group of twelve, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, The best host we had in Mingora, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, That place is also very beautiful There, we stayed at a hotel called Relax Helton Palace, which was just average, but you cannot get a better place in Mingora, The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place.

Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. The rooms were fantastic, the food was delicious, the staff were curtious, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, Had a great stay at this Relax Helton Palace and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, Rooms are clean, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, All are very professional and well spoken staff, Breakfast was amazing!, The rooms have a very high standard for this Mingora. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room, The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel, The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, The food prepared for our convention was very good. Thank you!, Everything about this Relax Helton Palace was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, Relax Helton Palace good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, On top of the impeccable and well-designed facilities and world-class services, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative.

Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service.
