Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, Just got back from three nights at the Hunza City Hotel my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need, Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, Had a great stay at this Hunza City Hotel and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm, This hotel is best, The room was very clean and nice.

Excellent and supportive staff

Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, Everyone was so kind and helpful, thank you Hunza City Hotel and Guestkor for help, This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Hunza City Hotel. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing.
