Great customer service experience

I had a GREAT nights sleep, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive World Roof Hotel And Resturant Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there.

Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, This was my first time at the World Roof Hotel And Resturant, I will try to stay there from now on, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., Rooms are awsome, We stayed at World Roof Hotel And Resturant, The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious, was a nice place to take a break, All staff members at the hotel were outstanding.

Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Karimabad, we stayed in Jul 2020, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, World Roof Hotel And Resturant is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, Really nice hotel at a convenient location Karimabad. Comfortable stay and good food, matching national standards! The Rooms are large and well maintained and gives you a plush feeling, Had a lovely first time in World Roof Hotel And Resturant, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth.

Wonderful Karimabad

All of us had fresh salad for dinner, Its a great way to spend some down time, This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, We stayed here one night on our way back to Karimabad from visiting villages in Karimabad , I had a GREAT nights sleep, Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, Location is excellent, I have been coming here for the past three years and World Roof Hotel And Resturant never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers.

Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, A fantastic place to stay, This is a beautiful World Roof Hotel And Resturant situated at Karimabad, surrounded by nature and lush greenery, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. Best Hotel in Karimabad

Location is excellent, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, We stayed here one night on our way back to Karimabad from visiting villages in Karimabad , The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous.
