Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Karimabad, we stayed in Feb 2021, thank you Baltit Homestay & Campsite and Guestkor for help, This is a beautiful Baltit Homestay & Campsite situated at Karimabad, surrounded by nature and lush greenery, was a nice place to take a break, Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, This was my first time at the Baltit Homestay & Campsite, I will try to stay there from now on.

Great customer service experience

Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!, The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Baltit Homestay & Campsite Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, The rooms have a very high standard for this Karimabad. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room, The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need.

Good Hotel in Karimabad

They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, Really nice hotel at a convenient location Karimabad. Comfortable stay and good food, matching national standards! The Rooms are large and well maintained and gives you a plush feeling, Baltit Homestay & Campsite is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, All staff members at the hotel were outstanding, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, In the Baltit Homestay & Campsite you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service.

The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, service is also good with friendly staff, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, Wonderful view of the mountain ranges.

Clear why ranked so high

It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, I had a GREAT nights sleep, All are very professional and well spoken staff, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Karimabad, Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, Its a great way to spend some down time.

However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, The food prepared for our convention was very good. Thank you!, You should only stay with Baltit Homestay & Campsite because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups , I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in Nov 2020, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds.

Amazing location

We stayed here one night on our way back to Karimabad from visiting villages in Karimabad , All are very professional and well spoken staff, Baltit Homestay & Campsite good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Karimabad ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, Everything about this Baltit Homestay & Campsite was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!.
