Wonderful Experience!

Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, Very clean and beautiful hotel, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, Breakfast was amazing!, It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul.

Best Hotel in Malam Jabba

The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm, This place is smiply awesome, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Crown Palace Hotel & Restaurant Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, Everything about this Crown Palace Hotel & Restaurant was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!.

Natural Beauty

The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm, The employees were very friendly and efficient, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, Looking for a reason to return to Malam Jabba so I can experience this hotel again, Had a lovely first time in Crown Palace Hotel & Restaurant, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , Rooms are awsome, We stayed at Crown Palace Hotel & Restaurant, Breakfast was amazing!.

Malam Jabba

We stayed here one night on our way back to Malam Jabba from visiting villages in Malam Jabba , Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel, The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious, Crown Palace Hotel & Restaurant good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service.

Thank you!, Everyone was so kind and helpful, All are very professional and well spoken staff, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Malam Jabba, I look forward to returning to the Crown Palace Hotel & Restaurant in Malam Jabba soon! inshallah, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in Aug 2020, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place.

Amazing stay

I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, Food too good, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Malam Jabba ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, service is also good with friendly staff, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, Really nice hotel at a convenient location Malam Jabba. Comfortable stay and good food, matching national standards! The Rooms are large and well maintained and gives you a plush feeling.

Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, All staff members at the hotel were outstanding, The best host we had in Malam Jabba, The panoramic view of the Malam Jabba , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Malam Jabba unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience.
