Great customer service experience

I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site, The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, We have been to Grace Continental Hotel some time ago but still remember as it reminds me of my best tour experience, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, I stayed at the Grace Continental Hotel because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night.

Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Chilas, we stayed in Mar 2022, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., This is a perfect base to explore the area, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, I had a GREAT nights sleep, Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here, The rooms were clean and comfortable, giving all of us the rest we needed.

However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, Stayed here on a recent visit and absolutely loved the place, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, Grace Continental Hotel is extremely close to many restaurants, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, the atmosphere of Grace Continental Hotel is so special that it really felt like home to me, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers.

The best host in Chilas

It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Grace Continental Hotel Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place, If you are adventurous you get out of Chilas quickly but why go to Chilas like everyone else, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, Everyone was so kind and helpful, a true sample of excellent hospitality!, Rooms are clean, The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel, I look forward to returning to the Grace Continental Hotel in Chilas soon! inshallah.
