No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds.

Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, Had a lovely first time in Fallen Man's Heaven Resort, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site, This is a perfect base to explore the area, My room was lovely and very spacious, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, We stayed at Fallen Man's Heaven Resort.

Excellent Rooms at Fallen Man's Heaven Resort

Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, Wonderful view of the mountain ranges, It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome.

But it worth visitng hotel in Baseen ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return, The rooms have a very high standard for this Baseen. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room, The best host we had in Baseen.
