Excellent Service at Rumi Grey-stokes Guest House

The hotel was extremely clean, Location is excellent, The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Rumi Grey-stokes Guest House Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm, On top of the impeccable and well-designed facilities and world-class services.

Good Experience

Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Karimabad ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, We stayed here one night on our way back to Karimabad from visiting villages in Karimabad , was a nice place to take a break, This hotel is best, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there.

Very peaceful

Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, We have been to Rumi Grey-stokes Guest House some time ago but still remember as it reminds me of my best tour experience, The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel, Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!, aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, All are very professional and well spoken staff, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Affordable

The room was very clean and nice, My room was lovely and very spacious, I have been coming here for the past three years and Rumi Grey-stokes Guest House never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, The food prepared for our convention was very good. Thank you!, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”.

The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, I had a GREAT nights sleep, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Rumi Grey-stokes Guest House. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing, Very clean and beautiful hotel, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return.

Great customer service experience

The hotel was extremely clean, really appreciated, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, If you are adventurous you get out of Karimabad quickly but why go to Karimabad like everyone else, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied.

Good location for family
