Silk Route Lodge / mid range hotel

Breakfast was amazing!, My room was lovely and very spacious, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, The food is varied and excellent, This is a beautiful Silk Route Lodge situated at Gulmit, surrounded by nature and lush greenery.

Rooms are awsome, Its a great way to spend some down time, Wonderful view of the mountain ranges, The best host we had in Gulmit, Everyone was so kind and helpful, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, Good experience at Silk Route Lodge. Staff is also very polite and food is good. If you want to visit Gulmit , u must visit the hotel to boost your relaxation and comfort, I have been coming here for the past three years and Silk Route Lodge never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers.

You should only stay with Silk Route Lodge because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups , The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Gulmit, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Gulmit, The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious, The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon , really appreciated, Location is perfect.

It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Gulmit, Location is perfect, We travelled by motorcycle in a group of twelve, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Gulmit, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, All are very professional and well spoken staff, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!.

Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, a true sample of excellent hospitality!, The panoramic view of the Gulmit , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Gulmit unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, I had a GREAT nights sleep, Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking.

Everything was perfect!, It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Silk Route Lodge Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Gulmit, the atmosphere of Silk Route Lodge is so special that it really felt like home to me, Location is excellent.

Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Gulmit, we stayed in May 2021, Had a lovely first time in Silk Route Lodge, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, In the Silk Route Lodge you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers.
