excellent service

I had a GREAT nights sleep, really appreciated, The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon , Looking for a reason to return to Phander so I can experience this hotel again, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location.

Everything about this Sarai Silk Route was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!, The room was very clean and nice, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return, We have stayed at this fantastic Sarai Silk Route many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains, The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon , For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Sarai Silk Route Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, Everyone was so kind and helpful.

Good Hotel in Phander

They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Sarai Silk Route Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out.

Comfortable stay and good food, matching national standards! The Rooms are large and well maintained and gives you a plush feeling, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, This place is smiply awesome.

A True Heavenly Place!!!

It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, This was my first time at the Sarai Silk Route, I will try to stay there from now on, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Phander, we stayed in Mar 2020, Breakfast was amazing!, Everything about this Sarai Silk Route was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!, Rooms are awsome, Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, Very clean and beautiful hotel.

Nice place to stay

If you are adventurous you get out of Phander quickly but why go to Phander like everyone else, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, really appreciated, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Phander, The employees were very friendly and efficient, My room was lovely and very spacious.

I was very happy with my stay!

The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel, The room was very clean and nice, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Mingora, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, Sarai Silk Route is extremely close to many restaurants, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly.
