Good Experience

I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, Food too good, The hotel is in a good location, Everyone was so kind and helpful, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, Everything about this West End Guest House was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, Enjoyed the natural beauty at Muzaffarabad West End Guest House.

Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, Rooms are awsome, Good experience at West End Guest House. Staff is also very polite and food is good. If you want to visit Muzaffarabad , u must visit the hotel to boost your relaxation and comfort, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Muzaffarabad, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, Just got back from three nights at the West End Guest House my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner.

Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, After all value for money and great hospitality.good location and delicious food, Good experience at West End Guest House. Staff is also very polite and food is good. If you want to visit Muzaffarabad , u must visit the hotel to boost your relaxation and comfort, The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, Location is excellent, West End Guest House is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, We stayed here one night on our way back to Muzaffarabad from visiting villages in Muzaffarabad.

Paradise!

Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, This hotel is best, It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in West End Guest House Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place, The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in May 2020.

Amazing stay

Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, was a nice place to take a break, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Muzaffarabad, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, No complaint at all! My stay is always top notch!

The room was more clean and well appointed, Looking for a reason to return to Muzaffarabad so I can experience this hotel again, Wonderful view of the mountain ranges, A fantastic location looking out across the valley to the high mountains., Location is excellent, The rooms are a decent size for business travel, The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome.
