Wonderful Muzaffarabad

You should only stay with West End Guest House because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups , I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in Apr 2020, The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Muzaffarabad, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, service is also good with friendly staff.

The best host in Muzaffarabad

I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, After all value for money and great hospitality.good location and delicious food, Had a lovely first time in West End Guest House, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., Really nice hotel at a convenient location Muzaffarabad. Comfortable stay and good food, matching national standards! The Rooms are large and well maintained and gives you a plush feeling, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Muzaffarabad.

Very peaceful

Had a lovely first time in West End Guest House, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, The best host we had in Muzaffarabad, I look forward to returning to the West End Guest House in Muzaffarabad soon! inshallah, No complaint at all! Nice Place

It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, The hotel was extremely clean, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Muzaffarabad, we stayed in Mar 2020, The panoramic view of the Muzaffarabad , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Muzaffarabad unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, A fantastic location looking out across the valley to the high mountains., Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, Everyone was so kind and helpful.

Great for Summer

Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, This is a beautiful West End Guest House situated at Muzaffarabad, surrounded by nature and lush greenery, The panoramic view of the Muzaffarabad , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Muzaffarabad unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, The rooms are a decent size for business travel, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, The food is varied and excellent, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Excellent Location

Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Muzaffarabad ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, West End Guest House is extremely close to many restaurants, service is also good with friendly staff, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Muzaffarabad, Enjoyed the natural beauty at Muzaffarabad West End Guest House, The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon , We travelled by motorcycle in a group of twelve.

Staff

The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, A fantastic location looking out across the valley to the high mountains., Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious, was a nice place to take a break, The room was more clean and well appointed, On top of the impeccable and well-designed facilities and world-class services.
