Great Spot in Muzaffarabad

A fantastic place to stay, All staff members at the hotel were outstanding, Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, I look forward to returning to the West End Guest House in Muzaffarabad soon! inshallah, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, My room was lovely and very spacious.

Good Hotel in Muzaffarabad

The panoramic view of the Muzaffarabad , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Muzaffarabad unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again.

Great for Summer

The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, All of us had fresh salad for dinner, We have been to West End Guest House some time ago but still remember as it reminds me of my best tour experience, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, The room was more clean and well appointed, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel.

The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this West End Guest House. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing, The food is varied and excellent, We stayed at West End Guest House, aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, The food prepared for our convention was very good. Thank you!, really appreciated, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms.
