Everyone was so kind and helpful, The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, The food is varied and excellent, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Muzaffarabad, The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, The room was more clean and well appointed, really appreciated, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent.

This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, On top of the impeccable and well-designed facilities and world-class services, Wonderful view of the mountain ranges, The food was very tasty and beautifully presented, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, Location is perfect, Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them.

The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, This West End Guest House hotel is best, The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm, This was my first time at the West End Guest House, I will try to stay there from now on, This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, Location is excellent, The hotel is in a good location, I have been coming here for the past three years and West End Guest House never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers.
