Excellent Staff at Neelum View Hotel

We stayed here one night on our way back to Muzaffarabad from visiting villages in Muzaffarabad , It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Muzaffarabad, Its a great way to spend some down time, All are very professional and well spoken staff, On top of the impeccable and well-designed facilities and world-class services, Had a lovely first time in Neelum View Hotel, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!, Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious.

Beautiful, still needs some improvement

Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Muzaffarabad, Really nice hotel at a convenient location Muzaffarabad. Comfortable stay and good food, matching national standards! The Rooms are large and well maintained and gives you a plush feeling, I stayed at the Neelum View Hotel because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, Enjoyed the natural beauty at Muzaffarabad Neelum View Hotel, It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul.

aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, My room was lovely and very spacious, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, You will not want to go back from here, thank you Neelum View Hotel and Guestkor for help.

Very Good

Enjoyed the natural beauty at Muzaffarabad Neelum View Hotel, The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious, We travelled by motorcycle in a group of twelve, The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, The panoramic view of the Muzaffarabad , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Muzaffarabad unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, Neelum View Hotel good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need.

Relaxed stay

We have stayed at this fantastic Neelum View Hotel many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains, We stayed here one night on our way back to Muzaffarabad from visiting villages in Muzaffarabad , Food too good, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Muzaffarabad, The panoramic view of the Muzaffarabad , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Muzaffarabad unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, Everyone was so kind and helpful.

Best Hotel Neelum View Hotel

Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here, The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious, We have been to Neelum View Hotel some time ago but still remember as it reminds me of my best tour experience, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Muzaffarabad, Neelum View Hotel is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience.

Nice place to stay for family

You should only stay with Neelum View Hotel because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups , I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, The hosts are charming.
