Amazing staff

The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, I stayed at the Neelum View Hotel because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, The employees were very friendly and efficient, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return, That place is also very beautiful There, we stayed at a hotel called Neelum View Hotel, which was just average, but you cannot get a better place in Muzaffarabad, Everyone was so kind and helpful, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, Really nice hotel at a convenient location Muzaffarabad. Comfortable stay and good food, matching national standards! The Rooms are large and well maintained and gives you a plush feeling.

Great customer service experience

In the Neelum View Hotel you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, really appreciated, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, Just got back from three nights at the Neelum View Hotel my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need, If you are adventurous you get out of Muzaffarabad quickly but why go to Muzaffarabad like everyone else.
