Beautiful Place

The hotel was extremely clean, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, Neelum View Hotel good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, A fantastic place to stay, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, If you are adventurous you get out of Muzaffarabad quickly but why go to Muzaffarabad like everyone else, In the Neelum View Hotel you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, All staff members at the hotel were outstanding.

Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, We have stayed at this fantastic Neelum View Hotel many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains, Rooms are awsome, This hotel is best, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location.

The best host in Muzaffarabad

All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, The rooms have a very high standard for this Muzaffarabad. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room, Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, Everything about this Neelum View Hotel was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return.

The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Muzaffarabad ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, A fantastic location looking out across the valley to the high mountains., It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, Food too good.

Beautiful Place

The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon , It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Muzaffarabad, We stayed here one night on our way back to Muzaffarabad from visiting villages in Muzaffarabad , You will not want to go back from here, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, This is a beautiful Neelum View Hotel situated at Muzaffarabad, surrounded by nature and lush greenery.

aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, Neelum View Hotel good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, Stayed here on a recent visit and absolutely loved the place, The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. Wonderful Muzaffarabad

Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, I have been coming here for the past three years and Neelum View Hotel never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, We have been to Neelum View Hotel some time ago but still remember as it reminds me of my best tour experience, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent.
