Hospitality at its best!

The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, Just got back from three nights at the Neelum View Hotel my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, Enjoyed the natural beauty at Muzaffarabad Neelum View Hotel, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, thank you Neelum View Hotel and Guestkor for help.

Clean rooms, great food

The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious, Very clean and beautiful hotel, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Muzaffarabad, we stayed in Sep 2020, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place.

Good Hotel in Muzaffarabad

Enjoyed the natural beauty at Muzaffarabad Neelum View Hotel, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, In the Neelum View Hotel you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Neelum View Hotel. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing, Wonderful Location. Great food. Staff with a great attitude, always ready to help out. Perfect family destination. Thanks to Guestkor.

Good location for family

The rooms are a decent size for business travel, Everyone was so kind and helpful, This was my first time at the Neelum View Hotel, I will try to stay there from now on, The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, This hotel is best, We have stayed at this fantastic Neelum View Hotel many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains, The hotel was extremely clean, Really nice hotel at a convenient location Muzaffarabad. Comfortable stay and good food, matching national standards! The Rooms are large and well maintained and gives you a plush feeling.

Everything about this Neelum View Hotel was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!, I had a GREAT nights sleep, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, The panoramic view of the Muzaffarabad , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Muzaffarabad unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, Wonderful Location. Great food. Staff with a great attitude, always ready to help out. Perfect family destination. The food is varied and excellent, Breakfast was amazing!, We have been to Neelum View Hotel some time ago but still remember as it reminds me of my best tour experience, very good! Great breakfast and lunch, That place is also very beautiful There, we stayed at a hotel called Neelum View Hotel, which was just average, but you cannot get a better place in Muzaffarabad, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, A fantastic location looking out across the valley to the high mountains., Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place.

Staff is also very polite and food is good. If you want to visit Muzaffarabad , u must visit the hotel to boost your relaxation and comfort, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, was a nice place to take a break.
