Highly recommended

Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Muzaffarabad, we stayed in Aug 2022, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, Breakfast was amazing!, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Pearl Continental Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip.

incredible staff

Everything about this Pearl Continental was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, That place is also very beautiful There, we stayed at a hotel called Pearl Continental, which was just average, but you cannot get a better place in Muzaffarabad, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, Everyone was so kind and helpful, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Muzaffarabad, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away.

Hospitality at its best!

Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, This was my first time at the Pearl Continental, I will try to stay there from now on, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal.

Location is perfect, Situated in the scenic splendour of Muzaffarabad, the Hotel has maintained its old world charm and elegance, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, We travelled by motorcycle in a group of twelve.

Excellent People

The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel, The rooms are a decent size for business travel, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, thank you Pearl Continental and Guestkor for help, Wonderful view of the mountain ranges, You will not want to go back from here, The hotel was extremely clean, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave.

Comfortable rooms, This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, You will not want to go back from here, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, The employees were very friendly and efficient.

Pearl Continental family hotel

We have been to Pearl Continental some time ago but still remember as it reminds me of my best tour experience, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, A fantastic place to stay, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Muzaffarabad ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, The panoramic view of the Muzaffarabad , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Muzaffarabad unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, service is also good with friendly staff, Looking for a reason to return to Muzaffarabad so I can experience this hotel again.
