A True Heavenly Place!!!

Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, In the Aakas Hotel and Restaurant you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, The food is varied and excellent, That place is also very beautiful There, we stayed at a hotel called Aakas Hotel and Restaurant, which was just average, but you cannot get a better place in Muzaffarabad, The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, We stayed at Aakas Hotel and Restaurant, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience.

Excellent

really appreciated, Had a lovely first time in Aakas Hotel and Restaurant, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, Food too good, In the Aakas Hotel and Restaurant you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks.

The Perfect Weekend Getaway!

The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, was a nice place to take a break, Had a lovely first time in Aakas Hotel and Restaurant, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, Everything about this Aakas Hotel and Restaurant was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Muzaffarabad.

Zarbardast Stay

Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, The rooms are a decent size for business travel, really appreciated, A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in Apr 2020, The room was more clean and well appointed, A fantastic place to stay, Everything about this Aakas Hotel and Restaurant was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Muzaffarabad.

It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, We have been to Aakas Hotel and Restaurant some time ago but still remember as it reminds me of my best tour experience, Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site, For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Aakas Hotel and Restaurant Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Muzaffarabad, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed.

Staff

From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, The hotel was extremely clean.

Nice Hotel

It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Aakas Hotel and Restaurant. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing, This is a perfect base to explore the area, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, I look forward to returning to the Aakas Hotel and Restaurant in Muzaffarabad soon! inshallah, I had a GREAT nights sleep, very good! Great breakfast and lunch.
