As Expected

I had a GREAT nights sleep, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, A fantastic place to stay, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, This is a beautiful Mir Continental Hotel situated at Muzaffarabad, surrounded by nature and lush greenery, Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly.

Enjoyed alot

Mir Continental Hotel good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, All are very professional and well spoken staff, A fantastic location looking out across the valley to the high mountains., All of us had fresh salad for dinner, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, Looking for a reason to return to Muzaffarabad so I can experience this hotel again.

Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need.

Great customer service experience

If you are adventurous you get out of Muzaffarabad quickly but why go to Muzaffarabad like everyone else, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm, We have been to Mir Continental Hotel some time ago but still remember as it reminds me of my best tour experience, The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon , The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, We travelled by motorcycle in a group of twelve.

Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, Enjoyed the natural beauty at Muzaffarabad Mir Continental Hotel, really appreciated, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, The food prepared for our convention was very good. The room was very clean and nice, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, was a nice place to take a break, We stayed at Mir Continental Hotel, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Muzaffarabad, Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent.
