Nice Food

Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, We travelled by motorcycle in a group of twelve, Rooms are clean, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, A fantastic location looking out across the valley to the high mountains., All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner.

Wonderful Stay

All staff members at the hotel were outstanding, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, The rooms have a very high standard for this Muzaffarabad. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room, Situated in the scenic splendour of Muzaffarabad, the Hotel has maintained its old world charm and elegance, The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel, Food too good, thank you Sangam Hotel and Guestkor for help, Really nice hotel at a convenient location Muzaffarabad. Comfortable stay and good food, matching national standards! The Rooms are large and well maintained and gives you a plush feeling.

The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, Stayed here on a recent visit and absolutely loved the place, Enjoyed the natural beauty at Muzaffarabad Sangam Hotel, The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Muzaffarabad, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., The food was excellent and the hospitality extended by the staff made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable.

Great customer service experience

It was one of the best holidays we have ever had. The rooms were fantastic, the food was delicious, the staff were curtious, Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, The hotel is in a good location, Very clean and beautiful hotel, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, That place is also very beautiful There, we stayed at a hotel called Sangam Hotel, which was just average, but you cannot get a better place in Muzaffarabad, The rooms were clean and comfortable, giving all of us the rest we needed.

The employees were very friendly and efficient, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, You should only stay with Sangam Hotel because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups , The food was very tasty and beautifully presented, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Muzaffarabad ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, We stayed at Sangam Hotel.
