Tranquil Place!

I had a GREAT nights sleep, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, Had a great stay at this Neelum Continental Hotel and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Muzaffarabad, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts.

Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, This hotel is best, Thanks Team Guestkor for a memorable experience., The food is varied and excellent, This was my first time at the Neelum Continental Hotel, I will try to stay there from now on, The rooms are a decent size for business travel, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave.

The most relaxing hotel with beautiful views and people

However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, This is a beautiful Neelum Continental Hotel situated at Muzaffarabad, surrounded by nature and lush greenery, The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, The room was more clean and well appointed, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Neelum Continental Hotel Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service..

Wonderful Food

Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in May 2020, was a nice place to take a break, Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them.

Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, I have been coming here for the past three years and Neelum Continental Hotel never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, Wonderful view of the mountain ranges, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed.

The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious, A fantastic location looking out across the valley to the high mountains., The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm, All staff members at the hotel were outstanding, Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative.
