vacation at its best

Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, Just got back from three nights at the Neelum Continental Hotel my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, The rooms have a very high standard for this Muzaffarabad. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room, I stayed at the Neelum Continental Hotel because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, A fantastic place to stay, Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them.

Clean rooms, great food

If you are adventurous you get out of Muzaffarabad quickly but why go to Muzaffarabad like everyone else, Had a lovely first time in Neelum Continental Hotel, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , was a nice place to take a break, It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Neelum Continental Hotel Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need.

Excellent Service at Neelum Continental Hotel

The food is varied and excellent, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, The best host we had in Muzaffarabad, The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, service is also good with friendly staff, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Muzaffarabad, Really nice hotel at a convenient location Muzaffarabad. Comfortable stay and good food, matching national standards! The Rooms are large and well maintained and gives you a plush feeling.
