I stayed at the Neelum Continental Hotel because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, Good experience at Neelum Continental Hotel. Staff is also very polite and food is good. If you want to visit Muzaffarabad , u must visit the hotel to boost your relaxation and comfort, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, The hotel was extremely clean, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, Looking for a reason to return to Muzaffarabad so I can experience this hotel again.

Natural Beauty

The rooms have a very high standard for this Muzaffarabad. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, Neelum Continental Hotel is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, Everyone was so kind and helpful, This is a perfect base to explore the area, All are very professional and well spoken staff, a true sample of excellent hospitality!.

Nice Hotel

This has to be the best stay for me in Muzaffarabad, We have been to Neelum Continental Hotel some time ago but still remember as it reminds me of my best tour experience, The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, The food prepared for our convention was very good. Thank you!, The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again.

thank you Neelum Continental Hotel and Guestkor for help, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, Had a great stay at this Neelum Continental Hotel and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, We travelled by motorcycle in a group of twelve, service is also good with friendly staff.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, Location is excellent, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, The employees were very friendly and efficient, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them.

The best host we had in Muzaffarabad, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel, The food prepared for our convention was very good. Thank you!, A fantastic location looking out across the valley to the high mountains., My room was always clean and all questions were answered, It was one of the best holidays we have ever had. The rooms were fantastic, the food was delicious, the staff were curtious, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out.

Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site, Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, The best host we had in Muzaffarabad, Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Neelum Continental Hotel Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, Neelum Continental Hotel is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, Stayed here on a recent visit and absolutely loved the place.
