the atmosphere of Neelum Continental Hotel is so special that it really felt like home to me, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, Rooms are awsome, On top of the impeccable and well-designed facilities and world-class services, Enjoyed the natural beauty at Muzaffarabad Neelum Continental Hotel, Good experience at Neelum Continental Hotel. Staff is also very polite and food is good. If you want to visit Muzaffarabad , u must visit the hotel to boost your relaxation and comfort, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, We had a GREAT nights sleep.

Nice Location & Staff

Neelum Continental Hotel is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, Situated in the scenic splendour of Muzaffarabad, the Hotel has maintained its old world charm and elegance, My room was lovely and very spacious, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, This place is smiply awesome, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms.

This place is smiply awesome, A fantastic place to stay, The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious, All are very professional and well spoken staff, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, Location is perfect.

It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, Wonderful view of the mountain ranges, The food prepared for our convention was very good. Thank you!, Location is perfect, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay.

Enjoyed the natural beauty at Muzaffarabad Neelum Continental Hotel, I stayed at the Neelum Continental Hotel because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, All of us had fresh salad for dinner, You should only stay with Neelum Continental Hotel because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups , We have stayed at this fantastic Neelum Continental Hotel many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains, The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel.

Location is excellent, This Neelum Continental Hotel hotel is best, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, You will not want to go back from here, Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!, Just got back from three nights at the Neelum Continental Hotel my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, All staff members at the hotel were outstanding.
