Amazing hotel

The rooms were clean and comfortable, giving all of us the rest we needed, It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Muzaffarabad ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, This has to be the best stay for me in Muzaffarabad, Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, the atmosphere of Neelum Continental Hotel is so special that it really felt like home to me, The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again.

Great for Snow

The hotel was extremely clean, Location is excellent, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, Had a great stay at this Neelum Continental Hotel and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, I have been coming here for the past three years and Neelum Continental Hotel never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, The room was more clean and well appointed.

Clean and cozy in Muzaffarabad

The best host we had in Muzaffarabad, It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Neelum Continental Hotel Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Muzaffarabad ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, Neelum Continental Hotel is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, Everyone was so kind and helpful, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, was a nice place to take a break.

The panoramic view of the Muzaffarabad , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Muzaffarabad unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, No complaint at all! Nice Hotel

The hotel was extremely clean, very good! Great breakfast and lunch, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, Really nice hotel at a convenient location Muzaffarabad. Comfortable stay and good food, matching national standards! The Rooms are large and well maintained and gives you a plush feeling, The shower is separated with a sliding door from the rest of the bathroom. And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, We have stayed at this fantastic Neelum Continental Hotel many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking.

Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, We stayed here one night on our way back to Muzaffarabad from visiting villages in Muzaffarabad , Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, really appreciated, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome.
