Great customer service experience

Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, All staff members at the hotel were outstanding, We stayed here one night on our way back to Muzaffarabad from visiting villages in Muzaffarabad , The room was very clean and nice, The rooms are a decent size for business travel, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Muzaffarabad, Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site, This hotel is best.

really pleasant at Neelum Continental Hotel

We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, I had a GREAT nights sleep, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Neelum Continental Hotel Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, Just got back from three nights at the Neelum Continental Hotel my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need, aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return.

Wonderful Stay

Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, Everyone was so kind and helpful, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, Neelum Continental Hotel good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed.

Great for Spring

Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here, We stayed at Neelum Continental Hotel, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, The food prepared for our convention was very good. Thank you!, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, was a nice place to take a break, The hotel was extremely clean.

All staff members at the hotel were outstanding, The rooms are a decent size for business travel, After all value for money and great hospitality.good location and delicious food, Neelum Continental Hotel is extremely close to many restaurants, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Muzaffarabad, was a nice place to take a break, Really nice hotel at a convenient location Muzaffarabad. Comfortable stay and good food, matching national standards! The Rooms are large and well maintained and gives you a plush feeling.

It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Neelum Continental Hotel. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing, Neelum Continental Hotel is extremely close to many restaurants, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, The hotel is in a good location, Wonderful view of the mountain ranges, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks.
