Beautiful, still needs some improvement

The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, If you are adventurous you get out of Muzaffarabad quickly but why go to Muzaffarabad like everyone else, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Musafir Khana Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, I have been coming here for the past three years and Musafir Khana never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, You should only stay with Musafir Khana because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups , The best host we had in Muzaffarabad.

I was very happy with my stay!

The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, Friendly professional staff from check-in to check-out, In the Musafir Khana you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, The hotel was extremely clean, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious, Enjoyed the natural beauty at Muzaffarabad Musafir Khana.

best for family Musafir Khana

Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Muzaffarabad, It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Musafir Khana. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing, The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, Situated in the scenic splendour of Muzaffarabad, the Hotel has maintained its old world charm and elegance, Musafir Khana is extremely close to many restaurants, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, Its a great way to spend some down time.

The hotel is in a good location, The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel, For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Musafir Khana Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Muzaffarabad, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, service is also good with friendly staff, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards.

The food prepared for our convention was very good. Thank you!, Rooms are awsome, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, The rooms were clean and comfortable, giving all of us the rest we needed, Everyone was so kind and helpful, My room was lovely and very spacious, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Musafir Khana. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Nice Hotel in Muzaffarabad

This was my first time at the Musafir Khana, I will try to stay there from now on, Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, Very clean and beautiful hotel, My room was lovely and very spacious, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice.
