Amazing hotel

Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, The hotel was extremely clean, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Muzaffarabad, The hotel is in a good location, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, Had a lovely first time in Musafir Khana, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, I stayed at the Musafir Khana because of the location to the attractions that I want to see and the entertainment in that area also.

Hospitality at its best!

My room was lovely and very spacious, The hotel was extremely clean, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Muzaffarabad, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip.

Wonderful Stay

Musafir Khana is extremely close to many restaurants, Wonderful view of the mountain ranges, The room was more clean and well appointed, The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel, Breakfast was amazing!, Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts.

Wonderful Musafir Khana

A fantastic place to stay, All of us had fresh salad for dinner, Musafir Khana is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, This is a beautiful Musafir Khana situated at Muzaffarabad, surrounded by nature and lush greenery, The room was more clean and well appointed, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return.

Good Experience

For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Musafir Khana Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel, Food too good, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, The room was more clean and well appointed, All staff members at the hotel were outstanding, Breakfast was amazing!, We have stayed at this fantastic Musafir Khana many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains.

Excellent Staff at Musafir Khana

This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, No complaint at all! Wonderful place, excellent service and amazing views!

Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, I have been coming here for the past three years and Musafir Khana never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Muzaffarabad, This is a perfect base to explore the area, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!.
