A true sample of excellent hospitality!

The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Muzaffarabad, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, a true sample of excellent hospitality!, Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, The food was excellent and the hospitality extended by the staff made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal.

service is also good with friendly staff, My room was lovely and very spacious, I have been coming here for the past three years and La Orilla Hotel & Restaurant never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, was a nice place to take a break, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, Rooms are awsome, After all value for money and great hospitality.good location and delicious food.

Natural Beauty

Rooms are clean, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, In the La Orilla Hotel & Restaurant you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, A fantastic place to stay, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, The best host we had in Muzaffarabad.

Stay

Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here, The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, The rooms have a very high standard for this Muzaffarabad. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, Food too good, The room was very clean and nice, The hotel was extremely clean, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Muzaffarabad, we stayed in Jan 2021.

Wonderful Food

I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Muzaffarabad, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, really appreciated, Had a great stay at this La Orilla Hotel & Restaurant and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, The rooms are a decent size for business travel, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards.

Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Muzaffarabad, we stayed in Jan 2021, Rooms are awsome, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, If you are adventurous you get out of Muzaffarabad quickly but why go to Muzaffarabad like everyone else, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, I will definitely stay here again! inshallah, aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service.

Tranquil Place!

Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, Just got back from three nights at the La Orilla Hotel & Restaurant my fourth visit Awesome and well maintained place to stay in the middle of nowhere Nice rooms clean and nice view. Breakfast was good and the people are really niceThe place is well maintained and has everything you need, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, Everyone was so kind and helpful, The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in La Orilla Hotel & Restaurant Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place, It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this La Orilla Hotel & Restaurant. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing.
