Excellent and supportive staff

Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, Great hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice restaurants and bar on site, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, Very clean and beautiful hotel, Wonderful Location. Great food. Staff with a great attitude, always ready to help out. Perfect family destination. Thanks to Guestkor, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment.

Excellent People

The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, The panoramic view of the Muzaffarabad , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Muzaffarabad unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, The hotel was extremely clean, service is also good with friendly staff, All staff members at the hotel were outstanding, Had a lovely first time in La Orilla Hotel & Restaurant, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth.

service is also good with friendly staff, I had a GREAT nights sleep, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Muzaffarabad, Looking for a reason to return to Muzaffarabad so I can experience this hotel again, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, was a nice place to take a break, The best host we had in Muzaffarabad, The hotel was extremely clean.

The hotel is in a good location, That place is also very beautiful There, we stayed at a hotel called La Orilla Hotel & Restaurant, which was just average, but you cannot get a better place in Muzaffarabad, You will not want to go back from here, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Muzaffarabad, we stayed in Jun 2020, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, In the La Orilla Hotel & Restaurant you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking.

Good location for family

This is a perfect base to explore the area, Everyone was so kind and helpful, La Orilla Hotel & Restaurant is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, The room was very clean and nice, On top of the impeccable and well-designed facilities and world-class services, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms.

And it is VERY clean. Electricity is available throughout the night, La Orilla Hotel & Restaurant is extremely close to many restaurants, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, Everyone was so kind and helpful, The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm.
