Nice People

I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Royal Continental Hotel Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, very good! Great breakfast and lunch, After all value for money and great hospitality.good location and delicious food, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, Wonderful Location. Great food. Staff with a great attitude, always ready to help out. Perfect family destination. Thanks to Guestkor.

Clear why ranked so high

The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon , We stayed at Royal Continental Hotel, My room was lovely and very spacious, We have been to Royal Continental Hotel some time ago but still remember as it reminds me of my best tour experience, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, All of us had fresh salad for dinner.

Beautiful Place

The restaurant were varied and the food was delicious, Its a must visit for everyone travelling to Muzaffarabad, really appreciated, The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, The best host we had in Muzaffarabad, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Muzaffarabad ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children, It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Royal Continental Hotel. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing.

Wonderful Muzaffarabad

Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, This is a perfect base to explore the area, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, Location is excellent, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, Food too good, We stayed here one night on our way back to Muzaffarabad from visiting villages in Muzaffarabad.

The Perfect Weekend Getaway!

I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon , The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, Everything about this Royal Continental Hotel was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. The communication was good and efficient. I only wish we had more time to stay there!, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, Staff is very courteous, professional and exhibits “hospitality.”, Food too good, We have stayed at this fantastic Royal Continental Hotel many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains.

The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel, The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Muzaffarabad ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children.

It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment, Everything about this Royal Continental Hotel was great-the clean and comfortable bed, hot shower, clean home and tasty breakfast. Its just amazing here, If you are adventurous you get out of Muzaffarabad quickly but why go to Muzaffarabad like everyone else, This is a very well run establishment with good food, excellent views, very quite location.
