Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here, We travelled by motorcycle in a group of twelve, It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Grandeur Hotel. I had Spent 2 days at this hotel for last month and it was a great stay! Especially The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, The hotel was extremely clean, The best host we had in Muzaffarabad, Rooms are clean.

Grandeur Hotel Good for Family

We stayed at Grandeur Hotel, Wonderful Location. Great food. Staff with a great attitude, always ready to help out. Perfect family destination. Thanks to Guestkor, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, This place is smiply awesome, Had a great stay at this Grandeur Hotel and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, Food too good, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent.

Comfortable stay

The panoramic view of the Muzaffarabad , the kindness of the owners and the staff as well as the homemade food made our stay and first experience in Muzaffarabad unforgettable! The cottage rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, We stayed here one night on our way back to Muzaffarabad from visiting villages in Muzaffarabad , the atmosphere of Grandeur Hotel is so special that it really felt like home to me, Breakfast was amazing!, was a nice place to take a break, thank you Grandeur Hotel and Guestkor for help, In the Grandeur Hotel you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service.

Enjoyed alot

Grandeur Hotel is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, the atmosphere of Grandeur Hotel is so special that it really felt like home to me, The room was very clean and nice, It is really worth to spent the time & money for stay in this Grandeur Hotel. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , Service was very special and the restaurant was also very friendly, Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them.

For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Grandeur Hotel Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, We stayed at Grandeur Hotel, The rooms were clean and comfortable, giving all of us the rest we needed, It was one of the best holidays we have ever had. The rooms were fantastic, the food was delicious, the staff were curtious, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Muzaffarabad, thank you Grandeur Hotel and Guestkor for help.

Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, Had a lovely first time in Grandeur Hotel, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Grandeur Hotel Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place, We travelled by motorcycle in a group of twelve, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, Location is perfect, The road was dusty, but after you reach the place, it is worth the travel, All are very professional and well spoken staff, The food was very tasty and beautifully presented.
