Nice Food

The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, All are very professional and well spoken staff, The food was very tasty and beautifully presented, Grandeur Hotel good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, All of us had fresh salad for dinner, The rooms are a decent size for business travel, The views of the mountains from the resort are simply breathtaking, My room was lovely and very spacious.

Clean rooms

We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping, Had a great stay at this Grandeur Hotel and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, All of us had fresh salad for dinner, The staff are very helpful and the food excellent, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, The rooms are simply but very comfortably furnished, they are spottlessly clean and have glorious views of the Muzaffarabad.

Great for Spring

Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, service is also good with friendly staff, A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in Jul 2021, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, It is the most wonderful place to gather good thoughts and relax the body and soul, The rooms are a decent size for business travel, Did not hear a no from anyone in this hotel. But it worth visitng hotel in Muzaffarabad ,Property is very beautiful and would love someday to go back with my children.

Great location

It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Muzaffarabad, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, Food too good, We stayed here one night on our way back to Muzaffarabad from visiting villages in Muzaffarabad , Had a great stay at this Grandeur Hotel and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, Nice place to spend our vacation here..value for money..and also delicious veg and non-veg dishes..especially chapli kabab is the most tasty...it is suitable for family and kids....very quite environment.

Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., The hotel has small huts with small but cosy rooms, This is a beautiful Grandeur Hotel situated at Muzaffarabad, surrounded by nature and lush greenery, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, I have been coming here for the past three years and Grandeur Hotel never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, really appreciated, Grandeur Hotel is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake.

Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, The room was very clean and nice, In the Grandeur Hotel you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, This is a perfect base to explore the area, Enjoyed the natural beauty at Muzaffarabad Grandeur Hotel, It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Grandeur Hotel Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place, Had a lovely first time in Grandeur Hotel, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , The food is varied and excellent.

Amazing

The rooms are a decent size for business travel, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts, All are very professional and well spoken staff, really appreciated, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, very good! Great breakfast and lunch.
