incredible hotel

Highly recommended for visiting the area and for starting treks, Breakfast was amazing!, I look forward to returning to the Grandeur Hotel in Muzaffarabad soon! inshallah, It was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Grandeur Hotel Specialy in high season, a large spacious room and comfortable bed and the shower is to die for. Breakfast was also nice traditional curry, I would highly recommend this place, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Muzaffarabad, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, This hotel is best.

Service

The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon , Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, The Hotel and room was clean bright and well maintained, The room was very clean and nice, You will not want to go back from here, The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again.

The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, was a nice place to take a break, The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Muzaffarabad, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, Easy check-in. Wonderful Muzaffarabad

We stayed here one night on our way back to Muzaffarabad from visiting villages in Muzaffarabad , It is confortable with a very welcoming dinning/sitting area and perfect views of Muzaffarabad, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., Wonderful Location. Great food. Staff with a great attitude, always ready to help out. Perfect family destination. Thanks to Guestkor, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, Nice cozy room, clean, fine, smelled a little funny but no big deal, For me, dinners here were much better than those served in fairly expensive Grandeur Hotel Second, the view is really nice both in the morning, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous.

Amazing stay

However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, very good! Great breakfast and lunch, A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in Jun 2020, We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and clean, the md was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was fantastic , The hospitality was great and we felt very comfortable there, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, Superb value for money. Everything was excellent and Really nice bedroom with views of greenery outside. Great shower in the bathroom, central but quiet location. Very good breakfasts.

You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, service is also good with friendly staff, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, In the Grandeur Hotel you cannot bargain the prices. Everything is fixed. Which is ok, as they really give high quality service, All of us had fresh salad for dinner.

Affordable

All of us had fresh salad for dinner, We travelled by motorcycle in a group of twelve, It gives you a home like experience away from the crowded city life, I sat in the comfortable lounge area for hours and enjoyed the brilliant food they had to offer, Had a great stay at this Grandeur Hotel and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, The room was very clean and nice, The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here.
