Comfortable rooms, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, Thanks everything was great I will be back soon and I be recommend this hotel because is in Excellent condition I really appreciate your attention with us everytime that we can at there God bless you thanks again, Run by the most welcoming family and staff, we were instantly welcomed by Manager , who went out of his way to make our stay, Good experience at Heaven's Peak Resort. Staff is also very polite and food is good. If you want to visit Muzaffarabad , u must visit the hotel to boost your relaxation and comfort, This Heaven's Peak Resort hotel is best, After all value for money and great hospitality.good location and delicious food.

aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, All of us had fresh salad for dinner, Heaven's Peak Resort is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, Easy check-in. Pleasant staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms, Had a great stay at this Heaven's Peak Resort and loved the way they have welcomed and served us, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., A fantastic place to stay.

Clean and cozy

All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, aside of the great breakfast, clean and cozy room and great location, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, Looking for a reason to return to Muzaffarabad so I can experience this hotel again, The room was more clean and well appointed.

This has to be the best stay for me in Muzaffarabad, No complaint at all! Everything was perfect!, Enjoyed the natural beauty at Muzaffarabad Heaven's Peak Resort, The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, They have best food They cook really best food and all the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable, The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon , However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, Good experience at Heaven's Peak Resort. Staff is also very polite and food is good. If you want to visit Muzaffarabad , u must visit the hotel to boost your relaxation and comfort.

You should only stay with Heaven's Peak Resort because of the hospitality and the way they treat people & extremely open area, best for family and groups , The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, Beginning with the staff, the hosts and coming to food and rooms. Its just amazing here, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, I look forward to returning to the Heaven's Peak Resort in Muzaffarabad soon! inshallah, The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, The food was excellent and the hospitality extended by the staff made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable.

Staff was willing to help in every area to make sure I had what I needed, The hotel stay was very nice and I would stay here again, Apart from the lovely lodge, the view is breath taking and the service is excellent by anyones standards, Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, This was my first time at the Heaven's Peak Resort, I will try to stay there from now on, My room was always clean and all questions were answered, Rooms are clean, The rooms have a very high standard for this Muzaffarabad. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room.
