The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room, Location is perfect, All of us had fresh salad for dinner, The view is awesome with superb staff that acts as a topping.

Wonderful view of the mountain ranges, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, We have been to The Lodge Guest house sharda some time ago but still remember as it reminds me of my best tour experience, I came here with my wife and she also was very satisfied, Rooms are clean, I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Muzaffarabad, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent.
