Great customer service experience

The food is varied and excellent, My room was lovely and very spacious, Wonderful Location. Great food. Staff with a great attitude, always ready to help out. Perfect family destination. Thanks to Guestkor, Staff was friendly, location was perfect, staff were excellent, I really liked the area and that it was convenient by having the food court and great service, It is clean, plenty of hot water, great air conditioning and comfortable beds, I have been coming here for the past three years and Hotel Rest Inn never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers.

Food

We have stayed at this fantastic Hotel Rest Inn many times in the past years on our way to a job further up in the mountains, Customer service was very helpful and very friendly, The hotel was extremely clean, The room was very clean and nice, If you are adventurous you get out of Muzaffarabad quickly but why go to Muzaffarabad like everyone else, thank you Hotel Rest Inn and Guestkor for help, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things, The rooms have a very high standard for this Muzaffarabad. The beds are comfortable, they provide an electric heater in every room.

Amazing experience

I have been coming here for the past three years and Hotel Rest Inn never disappoints! The location is quiet and pristine, the views are stunning, the food is gourmet by any standards the rooms are clean and spacious, and the common spaces are comfortable and always have fresh flowers, All of us had fresh salad for dinner, From the road you got to hike for 2-3 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. But once you are there they will give you a very warm welcome, Had a lovely first time in Hotel Rest Inn, it was a great way to get out of the hustle and bustle. The long and bumpy drive is very much worth , The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm, Hotel Rest Inn good location.it was such a nice experience. Very good ambiance nice food very good hospitality, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Muzaffarabad, we stayed in Apr 2020.

Great Stay and Memorable one

We stayed at Hotel Rest Inn, All thanks to MD who took well care of us, he really took well care of me and he also help me to get night food for me for dinner, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend, and would definitely return, The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon , The panoramic view is awesome and pleasant. You will really be excited if you like enjoying hills. You can observe mountainous range beyond the hills, villages and rivers, Rooms are modern decorate , and spacious, Nice hotel with eye catching interiors and Food is very delicious and nutritious. Staff is very courteous and professional. Service is very fast and accurate. MD is very helpful and cooperative, Overall, for the price and location and one night, it was great. Any longer, I probably would have mentioned a few things.

Excellent and supportive staff

Value for money.it was first stay of mine of businesses meeting.the staff was so carrieng nature and always smiley face.transpotaion also easy available.food quality is extremely good with great quick service., We have been to Hotel Rest Inn some time ago but still remember as it reminds me of my best tour experience, The rooms are simple, tasteful and cosy. The food is great too. Would love to visit again very soon , Ben to this resort a few times and will definitely go back. Owners are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, Breakfast was amazing!, The food and service exceeded our expectations at this hotel, Restaurant is also very nice with lovely fire place, The atmosphere all around is so serene, peaceful and calm.

The restaurant with the fireplace has a great atmosphere and the home cooked food is delicate and delicuous, really appreciated, On top of the impeccable and well-designed facilities and world-class services, Great staff from the first minute you arrive until the minute you leave, The family who run it are wonderful, friendly and interesting people, who make you feel right at home straight away, The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, Dont hesitate to book this - it really was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our trip to Muzaffarabad, we stayed in Mar 2020, A great place to hangout for a couple of days We stayed here in Mar 2020.

Relaxed

Location is excellent, This hotel is best, Hotel Rest Inn is a great place to hang out for a couple of days. It does have all the basic amenities, comfortable & clean rooms. we enjoyed it as a family as the kids got to run around and enjoy the little man-made lake, The hosts are charming. Staff is ever smiling, calm and will arrange anything you need, Great location and on a quiet back road. Super helpful owners really make this place. Delicious breakfast served. Super comfy bed and great pressure on the shower!, However I would highly recommend this hotel based on my overall stay experience, I think we craved a little more nature for our stay so we moved on after a few days, but thats a personal choice. Cant fault the staff or anything with the hotel - its spot on!, This is a perfect base to explore the area.
